The trio was founded by Cuban pianist and singer Jorge Martínez Galán and Puerto Rican bassist Leslie López, joined by the prominent Venezuelan percussionist Marco Toro Bernal. Jorge has worked with The Ballet Folklórico De Oriente and Cuban legends like Mayito Rivera. Leslie has played with bands such as Nueva Manteca and Cubop City Big Band, while Marco has an impressive list of collaborations with artists like Jimmy Bosch and La India.
