Ramón Valle

Ramón Valle commands the stage, whether within an orchestra or leading a trio, with a charismatic presence and intoxicating music. Beginning his piano studies at just seven years old at the Escuela Nacional de Arte in Holguin, Cuba, Valle later advanced his education in Havana.

His impressive career includes performances at prestigious events such as the London Jazz Festival, North Sea Jazz Festival, Havana Jazz Festival, Bogotá Jazz Festival, Montreux Jazz Festival, and many more. Valle has shared the stage with renowned musicians like Roy Hargrove, Marcus Miller, and Chucho Valdes.

An official Steinway Artist, Valle has recorded 13 albums, including three with the German label ACT, and is now signed to In+Out Records, distributing his music internationally.

In 2018, he won the Cubadisco Award for “The Art Of Two” as Best Instrumental Album. In 2019, he received an honorary award for his exceptional work as an artist, composer, and teacher, solidifying his reputation as one of the world’s finest Cuban jazz pianists.
